Effects of voriconazole and AC17 on C. albicans in time-kill assays. Wild-type SC3514 (A) or fluconazole-resistant ATCC 96901 (B) cells were diluted in RMPI medium containing voriconazole (0.1 or 1 μg/ml), AC17 (5 or 10 μg/ml), or combinations of each agent. After 24, 48, and 72 h, samples from each culture tube were washed, diluted, and plated for colony counts.
