Expression of RAGE does not increase transduction. (A) Transduction of EBOV or LASV pseudovirions into HEK 293T cells transfected with an empty vector (Empty) or a RAGE-expressing vector (RAGE) relative to results with WT TIM-1. Cells were transduced at 48 h following transfection, and EGFP expression was assessed 24 h following transduction by flow cytometry. Data are shown as means ± SEM for at least three replicates. Significance compared to results for the WT was calculated using one-sample t-test comparison to 1 (**, P < 0.001).
