A172 and T98G cell lines were treated with 5mM DAC for 3 days. (0) untreated; (1) one-day DAC treatment; (3) three-day DAC treatment; (T) testis tissue was used as a positive control. Amplification of β-ACTIN is shown as reference. Only OIP5 was expressed in these cell lines before DAC treatment.
