Brain mononuclear cells were compared in WT (A and B) and KO mice (C and D). The proportion of proliferating Ki67+ cells (E) was then assessed on the gated population based on the expression of CD45 and CD11b, as CD45HiCD11b+ (A and C) and CD45LoCD11b+ (B and D).
