B) A close-up of the rocks surfaces is shown with a ruler to provide dimension. C) Step width was calculated as the medial-lateral distance between the heel markers at heel strike. D) The margin of stability (MOS) was the medial-lateral distance between the lateral border of the base of support (BOS), defined by the 5th metatarsal marker, and the vertical projection of the extrapolated center of mass (XcoM).
