Supernatant from HAECs with or without stimulation of 10−8 mol/L CT-1 for 24 hrs were collected and incubated overnight in the presence or absence of neutralizing antibody against MMP-1 (anti-MMP-1 Ab). They were then run on 12% Tris-Glycine gel with 0.05% casein, and subjected to renaturing, developing and staining procedures.
