(c) The protein expression after Lycogen™ (12.5μM) treatment were measured by immunoblotting in zebrafish. The expression of total p38, ERK or AKT served as the quantitative control. Inserted values indicated relative protein expression in comparison with total protein. Each experiment was repeated three times with similar results.
