In total, 194,929 SNVs were identified in all the three replicates, whereas 1202 and 772 were found in two and one replicates, respectively. Of the 192,614 SNVs present in the SPRET/EiJ genome reference sequences, 99.4%, 99.8% and 99.9% could be identified in at least three, two and one replicates, respectively. A total of 4505 SNVs identified in at least one replicates were not found in the SPRET/EiJ genome reference sequences. 3559 and 436 of them could be detected in three and two replicates, respectively.
