Sequences from rescued plasmids showed one of four different results: insertion via HR, insertion via NHEJ, vector ligation via NHEJ, or undigested vector. Each column represents a different GRC experiment with varying species, PCR homology, vector, and genotype. The two vector types include pRS313 (digested with only SmaI) and a doubly digested pRS313 (SmaI and EcoRV). The plasmids from the doubly digested vector were rescued from colonies that were HIS3 ⁺ and URA3 ⁻. The values given represent the number of plasmid sequences displaying each outcome out of the total number of plasmids sequenced. The shaded regions highlight outcomes.
