Effects of interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-13 on eotaxin-3 mRNA expression in myofibroblasts derived from normal colonic mucosa. (a) Dose-dependent effects of IL-4 and IL-13 on eotaxin-3 mRNA expression. The cells were incubated for 24 h with increasing concentrations of IL-4 or IL-13.
