Subfamilies are color-coded as follows: ABCA, red; ABCB, yellow; ABCC, green; ABCE, blue; ABCG, purple; and ABCH, brown. Genes found to be significant in only one of the pairwise comparisons have had their fold change values assigned to zero for the non-significant comparison.
