Coimmunoprecipitation of RACK1 and FlnA from Calu-3 cell lysates. Calu-3 total cell lysates were treated with anti-FlnA or anti-RACK1 antibodies and immunoprecipitated (IP) with protein G-agarose or protein L-agarose, respectively.
