Hyperoxia-induced elevation of TNF-α and macrophage inflammatory protein-2 (MIP-2) is suppressed in NLRP3−/− mice. WT and NLRP3−/− mice exposed to room air or 100% O2 for 72 h were euthanized and BALF was collected. TNF-α (A) and MIP-2 (B) concentrations were measured by ELISA.
