(a) The expression of p50 and p65 phosphorylation in nuclear extracts (NE) was determined by Western blotting, and the DNA binding activity of NF-κB was determined in the nuclear extracts of APAP-treated mice and thiacremonone pretreated mice liver tissues by EMSA. (b) The expression of p-STAT1 and STAT1 in NE was determined by Western blotting and the DNA binding activity of STAT1 was determined in the nuclear extracts of APAP-treated mice and thiacremonone pretreated mice liver tissues by EMSA.
