IFNβ induction in NIH3T3 cells transfected by Turbofect. Cells were transfected with phGfΔG, ph2pΔG, or ph3pΔG plasmids and at the indicated times post-transfection, mRNA was extracted. The levels of IFNβ mRNA were quantified by RT-PCR. Data of two independent experiments are presented. Mock-transfected cells were used as a negative control.
