Lanes contain marker (M), mixed inocula (Mix) on paper types A and D (lanes 1 and 2), Chaetomium globosum (Ch) on paper types A and D (lanes 3 and 4), Trichoderma viride (Tr) on paper types A and D (lanes 5 and 6), and Cladosporium cladosporioides (Cl) on paper type A (lanes 7). No DNA was obtained for any sample treated with EtO. The marker contains, among others, fragments from C. cladosporioides (b1), Ch. globosum (b2), and T. viride (b3).
