Destabilization of the microtubule cytoskeleton disrupts Rgs1 dynamics. MBC treatment leads to Rgs1-mC (pseudocolored yellow) accumulation along the plasma membrane in the developing appressorium (asterisk) and cytoplasmic aggregation or clustering (arrowhead).
