(A) HeLa cells were mock (PBS)-treated or pretreated with protein kinase A (PKA), protein kinase C (PKC), and casein kinase II (CKII) inhibitors (PKAi, PKCi, and CKIIi, respectively) either alone or in the combinations shown, 24 hr before transduction with AAV2-EGFP vectors.
