Persistence of gene expression through 1 year. Imaging began at 7 days after vector injection and continued at increasing intervals through 1 year. We used a Xenogen VivoVision IVIS Lumina optical imaging system to detect bioluminescence from an ROI encompassing the vector-injected stifle joint.
