The grouped pair sequences are the same except for the promoter sequences and the initiating nucleotides. CA0 is Escherichia coli tRNAAla, and CA2 is the GC4-69 mutant of CA0 described previously (4). 35n is a RNA sequence used previously in our work (7,8).
