aBias towards GMGs is the ratio of the abundance of DUS in GMGs versus the abundance of DUS non-GMGs; these are given with 95% confidence intervals. The significance test is a one-sided binomial test of ratio = 1 against ratio > 1: i.e. if the portion of DUS in GMGs is higher than the portions of coding sequences made up of GMGs in terms of length.
