Note: * - the EphB signaling shown in general is altered in phosphoproteomic analysis, and in the p-RTK array assay the EphB1/2/4/6 were observed to be down-regulated; # - the EphA signaling shown in general is altered in phosphoproteomic analysis, and in the p-RTK array assay the EphA1/3/6/8 were down-regulated and the EphA2/7 were unchanged.
