Genome-wide screen of novel p53 regulators. (A) Scheme illustrating high-throughput screen. Approximately 20,000 cDNAs were cotransfected into 384-well plates with p53 reporter plasmid p53-luc. After a 48-h incubation at 37°C in 5% CO2, cells were lysed and luciferase activity were determined. (B) Single-well luminescence signals.
