The change in the serum testosterone. The mean serum testosterone was 0.14 ng ml−1 at the baseline level, and it decreased to a nadir level of 0.06 ng ml−1 after the ketoconazole therapy. When the PSA progressed, the serum testosterone increased to 0.13 ng ml−1.
