3 | 96 × 84 × 50.2 | 12.0 | 404,813 | 37 | 37 |
4 | 80 × 80 × 59.9 | 10.0 | 383,360 | 18 | 18 |
6 | 98 × 78.4 × 68 | 4.9 | 522,458 | 43 | 43 |

aDimensions are formatted as width × height × depth. Pixel dimensions reported as one side of a square pixel. Cells were considered to be within the volume if all portions of the cell body, nucleus, and identified inputs were completely enclosed within the volume. Of the 185 cells analyzed, 57 of these cells were qualitatively determined to have a single dominant input (P9) and the remaining 128 cells were quantitatively analyzed using ASA.
