The wild type strain H99, crg2 (CDX50), crg3 (CDX52), GPA1Q284L (CDX156), crg1 crg2 (CDX115), and crg2 crg3 (CDX193) strains were starved for glucose for 2 hr, 1 ml of cell culture for each strain was extracted, and cAMP levels were measured at the indicated time points after glucose re-addition. Each data point and error bar indicates the mean and standard error for three independent measurements.
