Immunoblot analysis of RITE-tagged histone H3 and Pgk1. (A) Histone H3 (HHT2) was tagged with different RITE cassettes. Before tag switch (pre) detects the old Tag 1. A wild-type strain (−, untagged H3) was used as a negative control. H2B was used as a loading control. (B) After tag switch (post) detects the new Tag 2.
