Wortmannin (30 μM) alters basal gene expression. Cells were treated with 1 or 30 μM wortmannin for 4 h, at 22°C, before harvesting. Transcript levels were estimated by reverse transcriptase-PCR, using an appropriate number of cycles. The microarray data of the corresponding genes are expressed as log2 (I_W30/I_W1) and log2 (I_W1/I_control). The color scale for microarray data is indicated.
