Variables were evaluated and plotted by constructing Kaplan–Meier survival curves. The plot for DPEP1 staining intensity (score 0/1 vs 2/3) is shown with P=0.0106 (LR). The number of patients at risk at each given time point is shown below the plot. (B) Variables that were positive in univariable tests were used to construct a multivariable cox regression model. DPEP1 intensity and lymph-node metastasis were independent predictors of CRC patient outcome.
