Inhibitory effects of rhodium metalloinsertors as a function of metalloinsertor identity. The percent differential inhibition is defined as the difference of the normalized percentages of cellular proliferation between the two cell lines, HCT116O versus HCT116N. ELISA analyses were performed as in Figure 2. Cells were incubated with 10 μM rhodium complex for 24 h (except [Rh(DIP)2(chrysi)]3+, which was administered at 2 μM).
