In the bottom two rows, the far left column shows the two types of practice stimuli, single mouth and eyes-nose-mouth combination. In the right five columns, from left to right, the stimuli are single right eye, two-eyes, eyes-mouth, and eyes-nose-mouth combinations, and whole face. These five types are also shown inverted (bottom row). The bottom two rows are shown at lowered contrast with Gaussian noise to mimic conditions in the scanner.
