Effect of moisture content of rice on aerial conidia production. The polished rice with desired moisture contents (MC) of 30, 35, 40, and 50% in polyethylene bags with small aeration filters were inoculated with 10% inoculum in order to achieve an initial concentration of 10⁷ conidia/g wet rice. The inoculated rice were then incubated at 25℃ for 12~17 days in order to determine the conidia number/g wet conidiated rice.
