Folding conditions were [R]0 = [DHSox]0/3 = 9.1 μM at 5 °C, [R]0 = [DHSox]0/3 = 11.0 μM at 15 °C, [R]0 = [DHSox]0/3 = 11.0 μM at 25 °C, and [R]0 = [DHSox]0/3 = 9.2 μM at 35 °C. The reduction pulse conditions were 6 mM DTTred for 3 min at 5 °C and 1 mM DTTred for 2 min at 35 °C.
