With SeM treatment of the 10 cGy irradiated cells, 15 genes were observed to be downregulated, but no significant effects on signaling pathways were observed. In contrast, with SeM treatment of the 20 cGy irradiated cells, genes are represented out of 123 unique transcripts observed to be downregulated and identified to affect the stated signaling pathways.
