A) BMPRII suppresses BRE2-luciferase activity in a dose-dependent manner. PC3-M cells were transfected with indicated siRNA and BRE2-luciferase and Renilla luciferase constructs as in Figure 2B. Wild type BMPRII was co-transfected over a range of concentrations; x-axis displays ng of plasmid. Luciferase assay performed as in Figure 2B.
