The α₃β_{3 γ} ^WT _ε ^133C (WT) or α₃β₃γ^S3Cε^133C (S3C) were incubated for 1 h at 25°C with combinations of 2 mM ATP and 50 μM CuCl2 as indicated at the top of the figure. After the incubation, the samples were subjected to non-reducing SDS-PAGE (12% acrylamide). Bands derived from γ and ε subunits are marked by arrowheads.
