Effects of RdRp inhibitors. RdRp reactions were performed with 608-pA RNA as a template, with 25 μM (lane 2), 100 μM (lane 3), or 250 μM (lane 4) gliotoxin; 25 μM (lane 5), 100 μM (lane 6), or 250 μM (lane 7) PAA; or no inhibitors.
