ATP addition removes the NAD substrate inhibition of UgdK-12 in a concentration-dependent manner. The substrate inhibition kinetics of UgdK-12 were monitored and plotted, as in Fig. 3, with increasing ATP concentrations. There was an outlier at 100 μm NAD for the 750 μm ATP run that was removed.
