Thr-55 phosphorylation of SHP is critical for epigenomic events at liver metabolic genes. Mice were tail vein injected with Ad-FLAG-SHP WT or T55A and 7 days later, mice were treated with FGF19 or fed CA chow, and liver ChIP assays were performed.
