Binding of NF-κB p50 and c-Rel isoform, p53 and RNA polymerase II (PolII) on the endogenous galectin-7 promoter was measured by ChIP assay using genomic DNA collected from HaCaT (A) and human breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-468 (B) and MCF-7 (C). An isotypic control (IgG) was used as a negative control. Total DNA extract was used as a positive control (Input).
