Axial (a) and coronal (b) reformations of a restricted abdominal coverage show enlarged appendix (arrow) containing an appendicolith and periappendiceal fat stranding. The appendix is located above the iliac crest and was not visualised with pelvic focused coverage (set S) by both readers.
