Patient satisfaction.

Notes: Patient satisfaction as measured by questionnaire after control and scribe clinic visits. They rated their visit with the doctor as follows: 1) willingness to listen carefully to you, 2) taking time to answer your questions, 3) explaining things in a way you can understand, 4) thoroughness of the examination, 5) instructions regarding follow-up care, 6) courtesy of the doctor. They rated overall satisfaction with: 7) the practice, 8) the quality of their medical care, and 9) overall rating of care from their doctor.
