The protoplasts were treated as follows: 1, distilled water; 2, RNAi; 3, distilled water+BR; 4, RNAi+BR. The protoplasts were treated with 10nM BR for 10min, and the relative expression level of ZmMAP65-1a was analysed by real-time qRT-PCR.
