SCC61 (left panels) and HeLa (right panels) scrambled and KD1 cells were treated with Brefeldin A (5 µg/ml, “+BFA”) for 30 minutes, followed by replacing the media with serum-containing media (“wash-out”) for the indicated times. The cells were fixed and the Golgi and nuclei were stained using GM130 (green) and Hoechst (blue), respectively. Representative images are shown. Compare 120 min timepoint to vehicle-treated cells (“Control”). n = 2 independent experiments. Scale bars = 25 µm.
