Animals were sacrificed at various times after trauma as indicated. Extracts from injured cardiac were separated on sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and protein levels of Beclin 1 (A) and LC3 (B) were detected with immunoblotting. Optical densities of respective protein bands were analyzed with Sigma Scan Pro 5. β-actin was served as the standard. Data are expressed as Mean±SD (n = 6). * p<0.05; ** p<0.01.
