Effect of gestational BPA exposure on antigen-specific cytokine production in B6 mice. Cells from spleen and LN were isolated from male (A, C, and E) and female (B, D, and F) B6 mice immunized with the 2× MOG35–55 + CFA protocol and restimulated with 50 µg/ml MOG35–55 for 72h.
