Acridine orange/ethidium bromide staining of HT-29 cells treated with increasing concentrations of PPLGM. PPLGM treatment (0-40 μM) of HT-29 cells for 24 hours resulted in concentration-dependent cell death as assayed by acridine orange/ethidium bromide staining.
