Template maps from 10 resting-state networks (RSNs) of the model dataset were used to assess both the reproducibility and reliability of the testing dataset at two time points. (B) Exhibits the reliability and reproducibility tests conducted. Independent component analyses (ICA) were performed separately (S) for visit one (V1 S-ICA) and visit two (V2 S-ICA), or were combined across both time points (V1 and V2 C-ICA). Connectivity maps (S-V1, S-V2, C-V1, and C-V2) were constructed either from seed-based analysis (SBA) or using individual back-reconstruction (BR) using GICA3. All reliability estimates (voxel-wise and template matching) were calculated using intraclass correlations coefficients (ICCs). Tables in which results are quantified are indicated in the figure.
