These residue numbers were determined by varying cutoff values for $\mathrm{\Delta }{G}_i^{\text{stat}}$ (evolutionary conservation constant) and CDC_ij, ( $CD{C}_{ij}=\mathrm{\Delta }\mathrm{\Delta }{G}_{ij}^{\text{stat}}\times C_{ij}$; coevolutionary dynamic coupling constant), respectively, while maintaining the correlation coefficient of residue-residue fluctuations (C_ij) greater than or equal to 0.8.
