Expression of FtsQSH8, FtsB, and FtsL in E. coli BL21 (DE3). Membrane fractions isolated from cells expressing FtsQSH8, FtsB, and FtsL from vectors harboring the indicated genes were separated by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250.
